• Delivery Window: We will contact you 1-2 days prior to your event to confirm the estimated delivery and setup window. We strive to arrive and have the cart fully set up before your scheduled rental start time.

• Traffic and Unexpected Delays: While we meticulously plan our routes, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion, road closures, or other external factors may occasionally cause slight delays in our arrival. We will do our utmost to communicate any significant delays as soon as we are aware of them.

• Rental Time Commencement: Your rental period officially begins once the Sweet Cycle LB bicycle cart is fully delivered and the setup is complete. We will confirm the start time with you upon completion of the setup.

• Setup Requirements: Please ensure that the designated setup area is easily accessible, level, and has sufficient space as previously discussed. Kindly ensure any necessary access permits or parking arrangements are in place if required by your venue.

• Our Responsibility: Our team will handle the complete setup of the Sweet Cycle LB bicycle, including arranging the display and ensuring everything is present and ready for your event.

• Customer Confirmation: Upon arrival and completion of the setup, we will briefly walk you through the setup and confirm that everything meets your expectations.
