Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's our policy regarding refunds for the Sweet Cycle LB cart rentals:

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 3 days prior to your scheduled rental date.

• No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled rental date or for no-shows.

Please note that any third-party service fees (e.g., payment processing fees) may be non-refundable.
